This is a space where healthcare agencies can view different healthcare facilities and their credentials.
Need
There is not an easily accessible way to look at many healthcare facilities and compare them. In this Wallet, you can see what credentials you need, upload them, and then be ready to work for said healthcare facility.
Laura Wilde
Admin at a Healthcare Service Provider Agency
Laura's job is to make sure that the people she sends out to provide care have met all of the credentials and standards that is provided by the healthcare facility.
She needs an easy way to make sure people have all of their credentials in and want healthcare facilities require certain documents like flu shots or covid vaccines.
Sarah Clarke
Registered Nurse: Working for a Service Provider Agency
Before Sarah goes to see a new patient in a Senior Living Community that she's never been to before, she needs to make sure she has all of her credentials.
Sarah needs an easy way to view what the communities need. She also needs to seamlessly submit and view those documents.
Competitive Analysis
There is not a lot of market competition, but what I found was a lack of simple UI and ease of UX, so that was the main focus.
Research & Design
- Fast-tracked project
- Thought through multiple variations of custom components
- Brand new pattern from scratch - stakeholders approved the use of the pattern in other spaces on the platform
Conclusion
This project was fast-tracked and was designed in a week. It was received very well by stakeholders and founders and is currently in development.
